In November 2022 our Principal cornet George Docherty won the Paul Dornan Memorial Award at the Scottish Challenge Shield held at Perth Concert Hall.

We were immensely proud of George for securing this inaugural prize, prompting us to seek permission to commission a duplicate salver for him to cherish.
Last week, during one of our rehearsals, we had the pleasure of presenting George with this well-deserved award.
